Insurance Industry Recruiters. Supporting Meaningful Connections.

At Integra Personnel, the mission is straightforward: to support and strengthen recruitment within the insurance industry. Founded on principles of integrity, transparency, and steady dedication, this work comes with a level of care that goes far beyond what many consider standard.

Lasting partnerships grow from deeply understanding the unique needs of both employers and candidates. Backed by more than 30 years of insurance recruiting experience, every interaction brings practical insight and a grounded perspective to the table.

Every placement offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference. From property & casualty, risk management, and employee benefits to vital Human Resources (HR) roles, the right talent connects with the right organizations to support long-term stability and growth.

The screening process ensures candidates meet technical requirements while aligning seamlessly with an organization’s culture and values. True collaboration matters. The role here is to act as a catalyst, because a client company, a candidate, and a recruiter should all actively strive to build a lasting, successful connection.

Bottom line—true success happens when both the employer and the candidate are genuinely satisfied. When you thrive, the industry thrives.

Guiding the Way

With more than thirty years in recruitment, Marlaine Aly brings a steady, experienced approach to placing talent within the insurance industry. Her background spans banking, administration, and ultimately the founding of Integra Personnel, where she has spent decades supporting insurance and related organizations with clarity and care.

Marlaine’s true value shows when clients face complex, high-stakes challenges. When an MGA client hit an eleventh-hour crisis after a critical Controller candidate dropped out right before their start date, she stepped into the breach to seamlessly deliver a high-level financial executive with deep industry roots. Later, as the industry evolved during the pandemic, a client launched a remote estimating firm in the restoration field. Marlaine acted as their operational architect—systematically building out their entire technical, sketch, and administrative workforce from scratch. This deep involvement with property estimating dramatically enhanced her field expertise, giving her rare, frontline insight into the technical realities of claims and restoration.

These intense, hands-on successes highlight a versatile capability. Armed with a rare combination of ground-level technical insight and corporate knowledge, Marlaine seamlessly handles direct insurance roles in property & casualty and employee benefits, alongside corporate operations, vital administrative functions, and specialized Human Resources (HR) positions across multiple sectors. Her work reflects a long-standing commitment to resilient connections that keep insurance organizations stable and growing
